Not at all, we have a busy Trade Counter where we welcome non-account retailers, sole traders and contractors.

If you are in the flooring industry, we would love to meet you at our Trade Counter. If you are not in the Trade, we recommend you visit your nearest Floorwise retailer.

A: To avoid any embarrassment, please ask your customer to tell us you sent them. If possible, let us know to expect them before they arrive.

A: If you have a trade account with us, we would be pleased to take your orders online.

If you are in the trade but do not have an account with us, you are welcome to visit our trade counter to purchase supplies.

If you are not in the Trade, we recommend you visit your nearest Floorwise retailer.
