Delivery

• We will attempt to deliver your orders within 3-5 working days from placing your order.
• On occasion this will not be possible, and we will make every effort to contact you to advise you of this.

If you are ordering heavy, bulky, or oversized items, please contact us, and we will quote a price for delivery.

• Underlays, Gripper, and some other oversized items may require to be palletised before delivery. If this is the case, we will find the best quote for your delivery and let you know asap.
• Unwanted products can be returned if they are unopened and in their original state. You are liable for the cost of returning goods to us.

If you have an account with us, your delivery arrangements will be as usual.
